We couldn't resist creating a summer version of our sell out Trampa shoe - it has proven to be so popular and comfortable we felt we just had to dive in and give you the Trampa Sandal. The summer version features the same stunning component, this time in blue, topped with a super functional and secure upper - nice big straps with no stitching for comfort and stretch on those hot summer days, with sensible adjustable velcro fastening around the heel and ankle to make sure that you feel safe and held in nicely. The last height (which determines the angle of the foot) is 2.5cm (classic men's heel height which us shoemakers consider to be a flat). The platform which runs through the blue component is 2.5cm giving you the fabulous added height of a 5cm heel with the comfort of a classic brogue! Such an easy shoe to wear all day - the rubber component is so much easier to wear than a wooden clog style wedge. Trampa sandal gives you unique & compelling style, excellent comfort and great fit. Who wouldn't want to put their best foot forward in Trampa?
The fit of this style is on the large side and we recommend ordering 1 size smaller than usual.
Making this shoe such a complicated process - creating this wedge component is something we’ve been wanting to do for many years and I think there were many moments in the process of its creation that Petr Zly was thinking ‘be careful what you wish for’! First he had to make perfect masters - done on the 3d printer - then he had to make outside & inside molds (which at one stage looked like they would take around 3 months to make for all the sizes!) And of course left and right feet - so it was back to the drawing board many times. Then they had to be poured and de molded before heading to our manufacturers to be glued & hand stitched to the uppers and then sent back! But we did it! We got there and the results are amazing
And yes - these shoes don't come cheap - they cost us a bomb to make - both in materials and labor costs - we have brought them to you at the best price we can - they are super limited edition and they are selling fast!
