What does the Shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders.  Items will be sent via Registered Post within Australia with an expected delivery time of 2-5 days. International Shipping is via Airmail with E.M.S. number with an expected delivery of 7 – 14 days. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

What if the fit is not right?

Preston Zly footwear is made to standard and accepted sizes, but we understand there is variation in our customer’s foot shape and width.

We therefore offer to exchange a pair of our shoes for another size in the same style and colour way if necessary.  The pair to be exchanged must not be scuffed or damaged in any way (we suggest first trying them on on a carpeted surface).

If we are unable to match the item(s) to be exchanged due to availability, we offer an exchange for other items to equal value, a credit to the same value to be used online or at our store, or a full refund.

Please note there is no refund on items which were bought ON SALE.

What if the style I want is no longer available in my size?

If you cannot find the size you want in the colour ways offered, we can arrange a special order for you. Simply contact us on info@prestonzlydesign.com

Please note this service does not apply to our Vintage range.

What if I cannot find my size?

We can accommodate our customers requiring footwear sizes outside our standard range, either extra large or small.

Styles in colour ways available on this site only can be ordered in special sizes. This service will take approximately 5 weeks due to the item having to be specially made. Prices remain the same as specified on the site for ready-made items. Please note this service does not apply to our Vintage range.
